A growing sign shop is seeking a full time Print Production Manager experienced in large format digital printing & design. This ambitious individual thrives in a multi-task environment and wants to become part of a high-performance team where quality and service are the top priority.

Responsibilities:

Manage Graphic Design output and Pre-Press file preparation.
Manage Production team to maximize daily workflow.
Maintain Equipment: Roll to Roll & Flatbed Printers, Laminator, Plotter & Router.
Work closely with Sales Team to communicate best applications for their sales and estimate needs.

Desired Skill Sets:

Experience with Large Format Digital Equipment required
Large Format Graphic Design experience required
Command of Adobe Suite design software required
Experience with Routers/Engravers preferred
Knowledge of Digital Media for specific applications required
Deadline driven & detail oriented
Disciplined, problem solving approach to developing efficient Production systems.
Thrives in collaborative, team-oriented workplace.

Hours: Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm) -- Flexible within 40Hr / wk

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Compensation: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
